This special little baby, the one and only heir (for now) to the Rap Royalty Throne, Blue Ivy Carter is three today. Her proud mom and dad Beyonce and Jay Z welcomed her to the world on January 7, 2012. Someone said he's wondering which planet Blue will be getting as a present today. lol. Happy Birthday Blue Ivy.
