Olivier Martinez has been named as a suspect in a battery investigation after allegedly pushing an airport employee, according to TMZ. Martinez had arrived at the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX on Sunday, January 4, 2014 with wife, Halle Berry, when the incident occurred.
The 48-year old actor was said to be reacting to photographers getting too close to his family, including his 1-year old son, Maceo and Halle’s 6-year old daughter, Nahla.
This isn’t the first time that Halle Berry’s husband has been involved in an altercation.
Prior to this incident, Martinez went head-to-head in a knock down fight with Nahla’s father and Berry’s ex boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry and during that particular incident, Berry watched on as her husband beat the former model up close to their house back in 2012. Things got so bad at one point that Aubry claimed Martinez was actually trying to kill him.
